Meeting colleagues at Area Board
I really enjoyed my recent visit to the Devizes Area Board meeting on 21st July. I met with Cllr. Laura Mayes Cabinet Member for Children's Services and Cllr. Philip Whitehead Cabinet Member for Highways.
Urgent Care Centre planned for Devizes
The CCG and Devizes GP's have a plan to deliver an Urgent Care Centre in Devizes that will manage same day minor injury and illness. The service will be available from 8am to 8pm in a new building on Marshall Road, next to the NHS Treatment Centre. The Conservative led Devizes Area Board pledged to deliver this for Devizes, and with the unstinting support of our MP Claire Perry we are proud to have helped to make this service available in our area.
