Early years providers in Wiltshire are celebrating after securing more than £1.4m worth of funding to provide childcare provision across the county as the Conservative administration of Wiltshire Council secures government funding.

The CCG and Devizes GP's have a plan to deliver an Urgent Care Centre in Devizes that will manage same day minor injury and illness. The service will be available from 8am to 8pm in a new building on Marshall Road, next to the NHS Treatment Centre. The Conservative led Devizes Area Board pledged to deliver this for Devizes, and with the unstinting support of our MP Claire Perry we are proud to have helped to make this service available in our area.
