Educated locally at St Augustine's and Trowbridge College with 15 yrs experience in IT, 12 yrs experience in areas of work, pensions and benefits within the civil service until 2015 when I changed to the care sector where I still work supporting adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible.

Previously set up, supported and ran local football teams. Volunteer and supporter of many other local community groups.
Born and bred locally with strong, caring Christian values, I have a heart for Trowbridge and want to see the town change without losing its ‘country feel’. People and wildlife matter to me, and I am non- judgemental and compassionate by nature with great strength of character. I want better facilities and more opportunities for the people of Trowbridge.
My Father worked for Bowyers for 40 yrs and my Mother was a local girl who also worked in Bowyers and set home up with my father in Trowbridge on Frome Road and both came from hard working families.
Happily married to Deborah with strong family values, and an avid football fan, enjoying sports, films, being active in the community and my local church.
I want to protect the vulnerable with an outstanding person centred adult social care system, preserve and enhance our countryside, support sustainable housing development that looks on improving our wellbeing and environment for us, and for our wildlife. I always seek consultation for change to bring improved Primary Care, seek to help local business growth like bringing a town centre leisure facility, and most importantly look to develop opportunities for young people as done by supporting GoFish and Prince’s Trust working in Trowbridge.
I stand for caring, personal responsibility, encouraging diversity, and respect for everyone regardless of background.
I want to encourage an attitude of giving, openness, helping and getting answers to your concerns.
I would be very happy for you to contact me with your views and concerns by phone (07894 796711) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. I will listen and endeavour to get back to you within 48 hrs to help.
